About Generations
About Generations Institute
A New Beginning
For 26 years, the FMT Company performed at Cedar Valley College in Lancaster, TX. In 2019, under the direction of Dr. Germany, FMT ventured out on its own as a non-profit corporation to serve the Greater DFW area.
FMT now operates under the umbrella of Generations Institute for the Creative Arts, a Texas non-profit corporation under Section 501c3 of the Internal Revenue Code.
The name was chosen because it reflects the commitment of our legacy teams to continue to inspire, educate, empower, and entertain for generations to come.
Our Mission
To produce top quality musical theatre and entertainment that is guaranteed safe for the whole family; and to provide a welcoming environment where artists of all ages, ethnicities, and backgrounds can learn, grow, and develop their unique abilities in the context of the creative arts.
